After several months of noise, dust and discomfort our new TAB area and Kitchen have now opened and are operational.

New Head Chef, Michael D'Amico, along with his new team, is gradually refining our menus to provide customers with outstanding but affordable meals and is having a "ball" familiarizing himself with all of the new equipment while Pizzas baked in the new Pizza Oven have proved to be a winner with customers. Pizza bases are made daily on the premises and only the freshest ingredients are used.

We are also using only top grade meats supplied from Hastie's Butchery located right here in Coniston.

Even though horse racing industry was crippled by the highly contagious equine influenza rampaging through the country, our new TAB Area has still proved to be a real winner with the punters. Plenty of Racelist monitors, 2 Quicktext screens, 3 Internet screens with links to all the information a punter could dream about and plenty of large screens displaying SKY and Fox programs as well as local TV provide punters with multitudes of essential information.

Work has just begun in the old Saloon Bar which will be transformed into a new Gaming area.
